Refund Services May Be Considered:

Billing Errors
Overcharges, duplicates, or errors made on Techquila’s end. -
Failure to Deliver
If we can’t fulfill agreed-upon services due to reasons within our control, we’ll refund the affected portion. -
Extenuating Circumstances
Medical emergencies, major life events, or unforeseen situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

Change of Mind
Deciding to cancel after work begins does not qualify for a refund. -
Dissatisfaction After Delivery
If the service was provided as agreed, but subjective preferences weren’t met (e.g., design style, tone, aesthetic), we may offer Corrective Service, but not a refund. -
Client Delays or Inaction
If a project stalls or ends due to lack of client input, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of service.
