    We took our vehicle to them to have a code diagnosed and fixed. We were not told that code that was showing could only be dealt with by the dealer but we were charged for the time to look at it. We had a coolant leak and were told that after a pressure test was done there were leaks in the lower rad hose and upper thermostat housing. We took it to another shop after and an actual pressure test was done and fluid blew out at **** out of the top of the radiator, they were no leaks where they had mentioned. There was a rear sway bar link that we were told that it needed to be replaced for safety ($***) for one side. It never needed to be replaced and the vehicle would have been fine without it. When we picked up our vehicle, we were informed to arrive right before closing. There was no tech there to answer our questions, we were rushed out, when i left the business our brakes were dragging. I emailed that night to have them call me because i had questions. The tech called me the following day and was very belligerent, talked over me, and tried to belittle me by saying we told you repeatedly. And also was told why dont you come down here in a confrontational voice. We had to pay for a rental while they had the vehicle which was expected but we had to extend our rental because our vehicle was not safe to drive. We had to take it to another business who treated us very well and did everything we needed and then some. We feel you need to be aware that this business is taking advantage of customers who trust others to do what they say they did and take large amounts of money. We do not want any further contact with this business
