    I recently purchased a truck from the used dealership, the experience has been frustrating. The truck was advertised as having undergone a "full 180-point inspection," including checks on the engine, transmission, suspension, and exhaust system. However, shortly after purchase, I noticed significant transmission issues, such as harsh shifting, which should have been caught during this inspection. I was later told the issue was caused by engine oil leaks from the *** solenoid seals, a known problem for this model. These should have been identified before selling me the truck.Also, I was not informed about the low tire tread (4/32), now Im told Ill need new tires soon, that should have been flagged during the ************* husband had his own issue: he was double-charged $6,000 for an extended warranty, which took weeks to resolve. To make matters worse, his truck had a loose steering wheel, a serious safety hazard that almost caused an accident on the highway. This was also not flagged during the inspection.Whats more frustrating is that we were charged an inflated price for the warranty packagedouble what other **** dealers would charge. We strongly advise shopping around at other places for the best deal.When I took my truck to another dealership for maintenance, I was told Id need to consent to a transmission overhaul just to take pictures for the warranty provider to approve the repair cost. If the overhaul isnt approved, I could be left with a $10,000 bill, despite the problem stemming from the *** solenoid seals, which should have been identified in the inspection.We feel deceived. The dealership assured us the trucks had undergone thorough inspections, but the major issues, especially the safety hazard and transmission problems, were never flagged. Instead, weve been left dealing with costly repairs and significant safety concerns. For a dealership that claims to provide quality inspections, the oversight of such issues is inexcusable.

    Leased me a vehicle, through kamloops kia, KK has been amazing but cam clark has been a night mare. Seemingly no proper communication between the employees, consistent aggressive tactics, brazen ignorance with communication and teaming tactics regarding email communication.
    The last email i have either is trying to solicit more money disregarding the payments already made on phone conversations with another representative, or those fellow employees don't communicate. All other employees are listed on the emails, (teaming Bully tactics) so why the rep i talked to on the phone doesn't speak up and account for the phone Conversation is beyond me. But I have my bank statements to show payments made that discredit the accusations made, screen shots to show the brazen nature including all who are tagged in the email.
    The absolute misconduct in control is borderline slave treatment as the aggressive masculinity is quite prevalent throughout the email conversation. It was like stepping back 30 years in time to 90s tactics.
