    I had routine general bloodwork that needed to be done at the appointment-only location at Thorncliffe.I arrived ten minutes before my appt at 12:30pm today. I didn't have the requisition as it was five (5) weeks since it was put into the system, and this was the earliest appt I could get. They still didn't have it electronically. I had to call my doctor's ****** and have them fax the requisition. They got the fax and gave it to me at around 12:45. My appointment time was 12:30 - 13:50 so still within the original appt time. I waited until 1:30 and went up to the desk and asked if I should reschedule as ppl who came in after me I had seen continually go back. Somehow I got missed. When there were at least 6 staff in the tiny ****** and ppl waiting in the waiting room they stood around and did NOTHING.When I finally got to a room, there were two (******** in the room and they took over five minutes to use the computer and print out the labels. I bled from the incompetent tech and no one apologized.

    Best. Bloodtest.EVER. Went to the doctor in ************* and was sent for blood work at the lab in the hospital. Waited maybe 15 minutes, and then had the absolute pleasure of having ******* as my vampyre. Honestly, we just talked and laughed throughout the appointment! She is amazing, and out community is lucky to have her. I'm still smiling.

    Unorganized, overbooked,poorly staffed. Make appointments they can't possibly keep and don't care. They could probably take instructions from a 3rd world country.
