    would like to get money refunded to me that was done on my account from business beat box comics and collectibles \29 march 2021 44.50 and 132 and then also nov 15 of 100.00

    I have not received these items that were purchased.
    i know it took forever to pay off comics i had placed on hold but he cancelled the comics. then i see that he is selling items i had paid for on his stream.
    that is total theft!
    and he continues to try and sale it

    **** Is sadly mistaken on his complaint, and his pictures clearly show that. He did not pay in full for the item he is claiming he did as the invoice is clearly more than the $100 dollars he sent me. On top of that he has failed to indicate that he also had several other UNPAID invoices dating back to April of 2021, and after several ignored attempts to get them paid , I consider the account in default! The book that he has circled in one of the pictures has been graded professionally by a third party and that process was never paid for by **** and resulted in a cost to me. So with the book in question NOT being paid for in full AND the cost of grading NOT being paid at all, he has no claim to ownership!!! **** only contacted me once he saw I was reselling the unpaid merchandise after almost a year and a half of trying to get it all paid for and shipped to him. I told **** I would be sending him $100 worth of the unclaimed books that he agreed to buy over a year earlier, when I had time to package and ship it to him. I have been busy all summer and after him being in no rush to pay for the merchandise he agreed to pay for, and ignoring my many attempts to contact him for payment, I have not made him a top priority either. He will get $100 worth(including shipping as the customer pays for shipping), of the books he agreed to purchase sent to him.

    for him to hold items that were paid for months is totally not right. plus how do i know what will be received and when they will be shipped out.  

    1 refund the amount that was paid.
