I used ******* for my furnace and duct cleaning for the first time after reading their reviews (which were recent and excellent). Their reviews were spot onthey showed up early even, helped me move some furniture for access, did a thorough job very efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Provided pictures of their work which definitely justified getting the work done. I will use them in the future and recommend to anyone.

Big Ben professionals arrived on time, was a nasty cold and snow day and they were on time! All the vents were cleaned very good, no messy at home, they took care of the places they were walking and working. Jason was very polite, explained all the job to me and got everything done very good. Also, he sent me the pictures of the places they cleaned. Very good job! Did our furnaces and duct work. A little late but on the booked day. Updated the arrival time so we knew when to expect them. We did major renovations in the summer so there was lots of dust to clean up. 2 man crew was much prefered over the previous time when one man worked alone.Big Ben Cleaning Inc.

***** who came to steam clean our off-white carpets did an excellent job. He even placed little pads under pieces of furniture to better clean the carpet underneath, and wiped down wooden stairs with a cloth when he finished. Very professional service. We recommend this company and service highly and will book again. Booking staff also very efficient and friendly.Big Ben Cleaning Inc.
