We have used Big Ben Carpet Cleaning Inc for more than 20 years. In our opinion, they were the best and continue to be the absolute BEST!
We can’t thank you enough for the expert friendly and professional care and outstanding outcomes - right from the first phone call to your Receptionist, to the arrival of the crew, review of what needed to be done, doing the job, including cleaning up after! Excellent all the way around!
We will continue to hire this wonderful group whenever we need them.
They have done excellent furnace cleaning for us also.

My area rug was well cleaned, it smells good. The technician was in time to accept the carpet and bring it at their site I saved the pick up and delivery cost. I will go there again.Big Ben Cleaning Inc.

I had Big Ben come and clean my furnace and dryer outlet. I really appreciated the 2 young men that came. They were courteous and friendly. They took pictures of the vents and showed me the build-up in them. They answered all my questions and as I have 2 dogs, gave me advice as to how I can help to keep the vents cleaner. Big Ben gave us an early date to clean out our dryer vents. However, they had an equipment breakdown that caused a delay of a couple more days. This was understandable and they kept us well informed. The day of the work their technician was friendly, eager to please and clearly explained the whole process. They worked with us to get several of our neighbours’ vents done as well. Good job at a fair price.Big Ben Cleaning Inc.
