Mark at Bifröst provided services to my company as part of the Environmental Site Assessment for a real estate purchase. He provided knowledge and expertise which helped us discover a potential problem early. He provided solutions which helped us navigate the situation safely. There was a lot of risk and a lot of money involved, and only through Mark's consulting did we come to the appropriate outcomes, which helped us manage our risk and our investment. In this case, we were looking at a property, and discovered that multiple nearby sites had documented environmental releases. Mark worked with us candidly, constructively, and expertly to find solutions which mitigated our risk EARLY and provided recourse. Mark went so far as to provide preliminary reports and solutions to present to the other party, rather than an expensive and time consuming official ESA processes. In this case, we fear another vendor might have included this as a surprise in their final report. When Mark saw the issue, he tapped the brakes, and helped us do the right thing immediately, even at his own expense. Mark is personable, trustworthy, reliable, and you just know you're talking to someone who has a depth of experience, and can apply it on your behalf. He seemed to care about our results and wellbeing more than the amount of the invoice he was going to send me, and was on my team. In truth, I don't know what the outcomes would have been with another consultant, but I suspect I would have spent tens of thousands of dollars more before getting to the bottom line. On any environmental matter, I would trust and recommend Bifrost without reservation.
