    We took possession of our (new build) home March 18th 2022. There were several items not yet finished when we moved in, cabinetry being one of them. Our cabinets had been ordered from A1 Granite & Marble on Dec 18th, 2021, so we were a little upset they were not installed yet. It is now August 15th 2022 and our cabinets are still not finished. Some have been installed, but we are still missing multiple doors and hardware. ********************* has been our contact the whole time. Several people have come to measure what's left of the job, but after we dont hear anything from them, until we call or message multiple times and have had the response, "I though your place was finished" on more than one occasion. Most recently, we finally had an appointment on Monday July 4th to, what we assumed was finish our cabinets...by afternoon on the 4th we had not seen or heard anteing from **** so we called and were told he had a few things to deal with but that he was coming. Well by 7pm, after several phone calls throughout the day, and being told he was still coming, we found out he was in a different province and obviously NOT coming. After expressing our dissatisfaction, we told him that we hoped he would show up the following day. He did, But only to, once again, measure the same cabinets that had been measured several times before. He than told us he would try to have them installed by the end of the week. Five weeks, and dozens of unanswered texts and phone messages later, we still have not seen any change. I called a few times today, no answer but I got a message saying "call you just in 20 minutes"...an hour later after no phone call, I tried calling again and was sent straight to voicemail. Oh, and I have been emailing **** asking him for an invoice for our purchase with cabinet, granite and hardware choices etc. listed on it for my records, since December and still nothing...even after I received 1 response saying he would. All other emails went unanswered
