    I booked this company for a deep cleaning service, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The cleaners were over an hour late with poor communication, and they stayed less than two hours for my ***** sq. ft. home. While the cleaning was decent, it was far below the standard of a deep clean, with dirty baseboards, a sprayed but unwiped oven that left baked-on residue and many checklist items were missed, including vacuuming under furniture, dusting light fixtures, and cleaning walls, and I had to spend two hours of my own time addressing these issues. I was shocked to find out after the clean that items such as vacuuming under furniture was not included with the service, this was frustrating to find out after multiple attempts to try to schedule a walk thru ahead of time to talk thru my expectations but this was not able to be accommodated and was provided with a check list of items which many not completed. I was offered discount, which I didnt feel was fair for the service, and my card was charged for an amount I did not authorize. I cannot recommend this company for anyone expecting a professional or thorough service.
