  Ill start by saying that I have purchased several Ocean Sales products: a hand blender, an iron, a comforter, etc and have never had any issues no reason to contact ***************** In 2024, I bought an electric steam floor mop from a home show in *******. It was near the end of the show and the salesperson told me hed give us extra mop pads if we bought ours then. We did so and he held it until we returned to his booth just as the show was closing. This was part of a wedding gift for a friend. Unfortunately, the wedding was a few months away so by the time the couple used the mop, the time allowed to return items had passed. 1) the box did not contain the extra mop pads he promised. (2) the products back saver works terrible because, when using this feature, it makes the product more difficult to maneuver. My friend was very unhappy with the product. I contacted customer service and they said I was past the return date and there was nothing they would do for me. They ignored my comments about the missing pads. I sent a followup email to the company and they were not prepared to honor their salesmans promise and it was just too bad for me that it was past the return date. I have since tried the mop and fully agree with my friend. Im stuck with this product and am disgusted with the customer service and will never buy another Ocean Sales product.

  It has taken me a while to get this post up onto the ** site, but considering how impressed I was with this companys customer service, I was committed to getting it posted. In September 2022 I purchased a *********** product from Ocean Sales at the Vancouver ***. I will start by saying that I loved this product. And although I dont specifically recall, my husband tells me that when we visited the *** again the following year, I was pumping the product to potential buyers when we walked by the booth, so this shows how much I really did love it.The product was great for a little over a year, however after this period, the screen became defective even though it didnt get heavy use. I emailed into Ocean Sales to advise them of the issue and the customer service department was great about it. I was tardy in getting the unit back to them, but their customer service department was completely accommodating and again great to deal with. I was sent a return label to ship the product back to them, which I did. It did not take long for the company to receive the unit and inspect it and determine that it could not be fixed. I was informed that this original model had been replaced by a new product in the past year, so my unit was not longer available. After a bit of back and forth with a Manager at Ocean Sales, I had a brand new (current version) of their *********** show up on my doorstep as a warranty replacement. On Ocean Sales website it states that Ocean Sales prides themselves on stellar sales persons, industry veterans, and committed warehouse and office staff that pride themselves in offering the best level of service possible. I could not agree with this statement more. Not only is their customer service team great to deal with, but they really do also stand behind their products 100%. I have purchased many more products from Ocean Sales and will continue to do so in the future, knowing that I am dealing with a **************
