    I had Century roofing do major repairs to my house after the 2020 storm. Part of it was repainting the back deck. It was done in 2021 and started to peel within a month. Century came out and repainted it in 2022. It started to peel again after a month and Century came out again and repainted it in early 2023. It started to peel again after a month . Due to weather reasons they said it couldn't be done again till first thing in 2024. I have been calling them countless times since April 2024 and they will not return my calls. I even put in a bad review on them on their site. Thinking that it may guilt them into returning my calls. This was done at early August of 2024. I am still calling them now and they still haven't returned my calls. All I want is for them to honour their warranty and do the job so it doesn't peel .

    This is all I have. This work was done through insurance. If you need more I may be able to get something from the insurance company but not sure.  But I will require more time to try.

    I will start with sorry with no reply on our end as the company changed hands and I did not receive the complaint until today. I will follow up with ****** why the calls have been unanswered. We will have to re-attend with a painter to see why the paint is not adhering to the decking. I will make sure that we will deal with this once I have spoken to ******.
