    We purchased a home from ******** homes, with upgraded windows provided by Bethel Windows. The windows have a flaw in the manufacturing and have already been replaced once, through warranty. They need replacing again, for the same reason. We contacted Bethel Windows in May of 2021 and were assured wed be put into the spring schedule. 3 years and 11 follow up conversations later our windows still have not been replaced. When we contact them they ask us to remind them which windows and assure us we are on the upcoming spring summer or fall schedule. Last September they even said theyd be here by the end of the month. We never heard from them. I contacted them * weeks ago asking them for a plan, letting them know that we would be contacting BBB and they did not reply. We are hoping that you can help us get them to honour their warranty, commit to an appointment and replace the windows in question. Thank you for your help.

    I am confirming that your warranty claim file is currently active and has been updated with the 2x
    additional sealed units, and 1x additional door lite insert w/blinds replacement requests. Although the
    past year did not culminate with the anticipated warranty service trip to your area as we planned,
    completion of the required work and closure of your claim file is still a priority for us. We anticipate and
    are hopeful that early spring weather will allow us an early return and start to our distance warranty
    service trip planning. Your service will be included during our first planned trip to the ****************
    area. We are expecting to under take this trip between the first and second week of March 2025.

    There are * more windows to add to the claim since the last drawing, we will send an updated list to **** at Bethel Windows. 

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
