    Payment Date March 7, 2024 I hired the services of the business to redo/ review and file my 2022 Income Tax Return. I paid an amount of $467.78 cor the service. I submitted the tax documents they requested. After that they started dragging and asking for more and more information that was not possible to get The business started to tell me that, " if I take long they will start charging me again". I then received another invoice that requested for another payment. They kept on and on asking for more documents in order to provide that service. I couldn't manage to pay another fee that they were proposing. When I started to tell that, I do not understand why they were imposing another fee, they then started to tell me that, they will process the return using what I the information I had given them. The other information which they asking was disregarded. Now, I couldn't understand how they were going to file it properly since the information they requested was not conveyed to them. They also did not tell clearly the information they wanted. They also pushed to resolve/ file the return at the end of the April, which means I was going to be late in filing the new income tax. I then went to another business that offered me the same service using the same documents I sent to **** ** charging me $147.00. The other business never asked me of any complicated documents and only took a few days to complete 2022 Income Tax return. I feel, the reason why they kept asking for documents was to shut me down so they don't refund me back what I paid. I have all the email information during our back and forth talk. **** ** failed to fulfill their services on time, but just wanted to collect the money from me. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need the emails during my communication with them.Thank in advance for your assistance.
