    A guy names **** phoned in the evening and said he'll be here to give me a quote on furnace cleaning, the next day which I was looking for before winter.. we went down stairs and he hammered the vents oh ya he said you got lots of junk in there, just listen Talked and Talked , told me I need this electric filter never gave me a quote . used my phone to call someone to have them come the next morning . the owner phoned and oh as if we were friends from long time ago , Next day a Man and women came in the mean time a man which I couldn't understand went down stairs to put electric furnace filter in. so this guy was finished and came up stairs handed me this work order for a total $1424.85, I said this is for the filler he said ya . the first work Order was $1221.15, which included the electric filter I called the company yes the boss is in , oh no he isn't , told them my story , oh no we can't have things like that happening, I'll get him to call you . then a little later another guy phoned told my story and he said well no those filters I so and so not $1400. I'll get ***** , I put this on my ****, , I called **** this morning Aug 29, told them they charged me $2646. she asked me if there was any other charges, I said no , **** said they charged my account another $782.25. that I don't have a work order for nothing saying that amount . I'd like some one to contact me to resolve the issue.

    We have been in contact with her son here at our office and have gone over the details.  He understood how the invoice works and has stated that he was letting Mrs. ********* know that having signed the workorders that everything is as it should be.  We consider this file closed and dealt with.
