      My 2018 Jeep Renegade got into a car accident on October 8, 2022. I sent it to a shop in December to get fixed called NBS Auto and Tires. I spoke to **** (*******) who informed me he can get it done as soon as possible. Months went by and my vehicle is still sitting in the shop. **** told me that all my parts are on back order and there is no ETA available for parts.

      Now, it is mid July and I still do not have my vehicle. I contacted ********* and ********* ***** who informed me no order was ever placed for parts for my vehicle. *** ****** also said no parts were ordered. **** says that parts are ordered and we are waiting.

      My vehicle is now broken for over 9 months with no ETA on when I'll get my car back. I can't take the bus because the on demand is never available and my neighborhood has no buses. I have called my insurance who just keeps telling me to wait, and I have also spoke to bank to see if I can get my car repo'ed. I don't seem to be getting any answers. I'm worried he is using my car for his own purposes or the shop is going out of business and they cannot purchase my parts.

      I need my vehicle and this shop is just sounding like bad news.
