    I paid for a service and I didnt get what I requested at all. I’m getting charged for my hair to look almost exactly how it was before getting getting it colored, and looks nothing like the pictures I sent. I also have been told by multiple other people that it now looks darker and they’re right. Not only did I leave the salon with what I didn’t want but I received the be opposite. I shouldn't get charged for the coloring portion if none of that was actually done. If they can't fix the coloring for free, I'd like a significant refund on the portion for the coloring because I didn't get the service I was paying for. I reached out to the salon and I was left with no resolution to this problem. The stylist continued to shut down my concerns by explaining how I’m not a hairdresser so I don’t know what I’m talking about and that it’s not her fault my hair doesn’t lift (lighten). I’ve had balayage done multiple times in the past, so I know she was lying and avoiding to take any accountability for what happened to my hair. She insisted there was nothing else she could do with my hair and abruptly ended the call. I was supposed to go in and speak to the stylist and manager in person, had the appointment made by the receptionist and was told not to come in anymore. The problem they caused had been ignored by them and swept under the rug. I have not heard from the manager. The manager did nothing and only told me to speak to the stylist, but that ended in a back and fourth argument over the phone. I paid nearly $400 and didn’t get what I paid for. I am very upset and frustrated with this salon for handling the situation the way they did. I’ve been ignored and treated with an immense amount of disrespect. Having not been heard I decided to use my tiktok to voice my story about the salon. Watching my videos will help hear the entirety of my situation. ****** ************* ********************************

    The review did not reflect what actually happened.  Individuals mentioned in the review were falsely accused.  

     

    The client was new to our salon.  Our policy is to do a thorough written consultation with the client and get a signed consent prior to proceeding with the service.  In the consultation, we expressed to the client that the colour will not lift to the level desired (also explaining that it would take multiple sessions) and that the stylist will do her best to get to the desired result with maintaining the integrity of the hair.  A before and after picture was taken.  The stylist posted the after picture on her IG story to which the client reposted on her own IG story with a "Thank You"

     

    During the telephone conversation between the stylist and the client, the client said our stylist sounds dumb, uneducated and untrained.   At that time, she felt like the conversation wasn't going anywhere so it needed to end.

     

    We want to note that the client indicated that the stylist and manager yelled at her in the salon, which did not happen.  The manager was not in the salon during that time.  As a result of the constant harassment and bullying, the stylist did take a mental day off to obtain professional help for her anxiety.

     

    The client has since enlisted friends to write false reviews on Google in the effort to tarnish the stylist and salon’s reputation and ratings.  We do not wish to further be in contact with the client.
