  Very poor customer service and no accountability for the damage they caused. While I had my car cleaned by Cupid's Car Wash, I was very pleased with how they treated me. This changed quickly when I brought the damage they caused to their attention. I did not notice until I got home, but after my car was cleaned the back seat would no longer lay flat and I could easily see the foam underneath the seat. I do not know much about cars and thought maybe they simply forgot to replace a piece of flooring. I called to ask if this was possibly what happened, and the lady I dealt with when I was having my car cleaned told me she did not know what I was referring to and they did not remove pieces from vehicles while cleaning vehicles. She told me I could bring it back for her to look at. I went to a repair shop and was told that the seat could not be fixed because it had been lifted without it being unclipped, which had broken the fibre glass in the seat. With a used seat the shop found, I was told it would be $200 to fix including the labour. When I went back to Cupid's Car Wash to explain this, the same woman started telling me that her technician had told her my seat was like this after he started cleaning my car. I was with a family member who corroborated my story, repeating that the seat had not been damaged prior to it being cleaned, and the woman from the business then told me her technician showed her before any work was started. When I initially called within two days of my car being cleaned, she asked my name, looked up my invoice, and stated she remembered me. She did not tell me her technician said anything and stated she did not know what I was talking about. When showing her the damage, I was told to my face that what I was saying was not true. She said that they would not be held responsible in any way for the damage they had done. I do not recommend using this business.
