    Can I give 0 stars? A place I go often and never had an issue with. Last night I went during hours that said open as posted online but by the time I go there it was closed even though online said theyd be open. I called the number to inquire when theyd be open again and was greeted with someones personal voicemail. Thinking it was a mistake I tried calling back but again same voicemail. Figured ****** had the wrong number as the hours also werent accurate. Today I saw they were open but instead of driving there to find out I called and I got someone who just answered hey and didnt advise if I had called the right number as most businesses will advise where you called and ask how they can assist you. Theyre very rude after confirming the number was right and then proceeded to get upset that there was multiple calls from my number the night before. I didnt feel comfortable continuing the conversation with this person and disconnected the call. I had also started a chat through ****** with the company to ensure I was calling the right number and they said I threatened them over voicemail and some other absurd remarks. When I inquired about phone number and address the chat said to just find the info on ****** and refused to assist. I wouldnt recommend coming here to anyone as it is a very hostile business to the public who have simple inquiries and I feel if you had a serious concern during your visit they would not be of much help or have a care in the world.
