    I spoke with the company on the phone to get a quote for cleaning my sectional sofa, after speaking with other companies I understood what information they needed to provide a proper quote, I gave them size, information that all cushions were removable and even sent a picture, she roughly quoted me $240 over the phone and said she would email me a quote with all the details. She said it may be a bit more but not too much difference. When I received the quote it was $360, I was told they would price match but then argued discrepancys of the other quote and only gave me $15 off. When the employee arrived he instantly started to tell me that I wasnt quoted for the removable cushions and would need to charge me an extra $120, he was very rude to me about it but finally said I wouldnt be charged this time. After the service was complete everything was wet so I couldnt confirm the condition. I paid for the services. Later that night after things dried I started noticing many marks were still visible, and I took a household cleaner and very easily was able to remove the marks on my own, also my fabric now is very stiff which means the cleaning product was not fully removed. When I called to speak to the company about my concerns and asked for a refund I was told they do not offer refunds, they did offer to have the tech return but after how rude he was to me I wasnt comfortable having them back on my house and wanted my money returned so i could have another company come do the job properly. I have been refused my money back for a service that wasnt properly done.
