    I hired Scrubbi to come clean my house in July for $628.95. However, they did a terrible job and the house was not cleaned at all. After corresponding with them through email and showing them pictures of my house post clean they agreed. I argued for a refund on my credit card but they would only put a credit on my account for the amount of the clean - $628.95. I went to book the clean last week and see they have closed. I would like a refund of the money owed to me.

    On September 15, 2022 I purchased from Scrubbi House Cleaning a year package of 17 tri-weekly cleanings for a total of $2,178.41. I made that purchase on my **********.
    My last cleaning appointment scheduled I received an email confirming a leaner was coming but then no one showed up and no one contacted me. That was Oct 3, 2023. I have written and called them but have not received an answer. Now I have learned through the news that the company is out of business. I also sent an email asking for my money back - no answer.
    The company owes me about 4 cleanings sessions which is worth $512.56.
    I want that money back. I called my credit card company ********* but they said they can't dispute the transaction as the date is too far back for them.

    On May 22, I paid $4406 for bi-weekly cleaning for a total of 26 cleaning appointments.
    These were occurring throughout the summer on an arranged schedule.

    On Sep 21, we had an appointment at 8:30 am. At 9am Scrubbi called to inform that the cleaning professional could not make the appointment and asked that we reschedule to Sep 28.

    On Sep 27 at 6:49pm (before the 8:30am appointment the following day) we received an email notification that they would have to postpone the appointment because the cleaner scheduled for us was not able to attend. They were not able to reschedule until our next scheduled appointment on Oct 12 at 8:30 am. I emailed twice asking if there was any additional compensation for having cancelled twice in a row but received no response.

    On Oct 12, no cleaning professional arrived and no notification was provided. Two voicemails and an email are left unreturned.

    At this point, due to the unreliable nature, I would like a refund for the unused portion of the up front payment.

    Purchased a cleaning package from Scrubbi and they violated security protocols as they reentered my home again several hours later with out permission. Spoke with one of their VP’s ******** to give refund as this was unacceptable and not what they promote on their website of when I signed up for the service. Unfortunately, they would not give a refund but decided to put me with a cleaner that was highly rated and also provide additional add in services and my husband or myself would be home to supervise as we would not give out our code again. Now, when trying to book, nobody will answer or return calls and today I saw the articles in the news that they are closing and all I got was 1 cleaning when I paid for a 12 month biweekly cleaning service. I am looking for my refund as they have not held up to their end of the contract.

    I hired a cleaning company they were an hour late and left an hour early and they didn’t do what they were supposed to do I was home the entire time and when I brought it to her attention she said that she didn’t have time and didn’t get paid enough.
    Bottom line is I didn’t get a service that I paid $200 for for less than two hours…
    I called the company they said that they would reimburse me my money however now they are not responding to me and I do have the conversation recorded.
    I also have various pictures where things were not cleaned at all!!!

    When I told him I reached out to your folks they have refunded my money immediately. 

    So all good . No need for further action
