  I was not satisfied with my LVL concrete repair experience. My neighbour had theirs done by LVL and appeared to be satisfied with their work. So i phoned and requested a quote. I recieved a quote that mentioned the sidewalk block next to driveway and also the next block on the side of garage. The person who gave me the quote did not mention that the concrete repair was done earlier before I bought the house. I had planed on getting additional quotes from competitors but I was suffering from congestive heart failure and thus decided to agree with LVL quote. They came and did the work when I was in the hospital so I didn't havethe chance to watch and see what they did. My nextdoor neighbor advised me that the previous owner had concrete repair done before I bought the house. My wife phoned and talked to an LVL employee and sent a copy of work we were satisfied with. We did not receive a call back. I tried calling them at lest 10 times and never received a call back. So I assumed that LVL was not inbusiness anymore or didn't respond to complaints. My next door neighbors on each side has since had their driveways repaired by a different company. A neighbor 2 doors down from me was also having their driveway done about 2 weeks ago so I asked them to look at the work L VL had done on my sidewalk against the driveway. They agreed that the work was not properly done but my warranty should cover the work required to repair the work. I mentioned to them how do you get the company to return and finish the job correctly if they don't return calls. I asked how much would it cost to fix the sidewalk. They said $200 . So I said to fix it and they did. Companies that do not respond to complaints do not deserve a high rating.
