    Note that I'm filing this complaint on behalf of my mother, who speaks limited English.

    Solutions 105 handles the utilities billing for the London at Heritage condo buildings. In the month of June, the bill was ~$82. For the month of July the bill went up to ~$205, with the water and sewer portions of the bill going up 8x, from a total of $9.40 in June (and all preceding months) to nearly $70 in July, while there was no difference in water and sewage usage in the condo unit. Other charges went up as well, with no reasonable explanation.

    I've contacted Solutions 105 via the phone number listed on the invoice as well as a 1-877 number registered to that company and have received no responses. I would like either an explanation of the increase to my satisfaction or a new invoice that shows rates similar to the previous months billing.
