    I had a housefire in November of 2021 In May of 2022 Paul Davis were assigned to complete restoration. They do not follow through on timelines nor do the communicate appropriately. At this point I have moved home despite work not being complete. After doing a walk through on January 27th I was told I would be given a timeline within the week. This has not happened still. I have no faith, based on past experiences that when I do get a timeline for work completion it will be respected. My front door lets in cold air, cold air is coming down my hood fan, counters need to be replaced a drain pipe is blowing in the wind and banging against my house and there are many cosmetic deficiencies. I want Paul Davis to be held accountable to completing this work in a timely fashion. My project manager is ***** ********. I just want the work done so I can move on with my life. This is greatly negatively impacting my life and mental health. It’s been going on too long.

    Unfortunately, when there is an insurance claim it takes longer than a typical renovation due to so many parties being involved.  We understand there are deficiencies and the list is being worked through, but it is taking longer because the list has changed numerous times.  We have been, and will remain in communication with the homeowner as we bring this job to completion and all items are addressed.
