      Awful customer service is awful,nobody knows anything. Delivery guys couldn't be bothered to even try to get the furniture in.Then Delivery was re booked only to be cancelled by their Delivery manager who couldn't be bothered to let anyone know, took a day off.Terrible service. Never go to the brick

      This is the most dishonest business I have had the and pleasure to deal with. They will lie directly to your face, and then they dont answer the phone. They do not deliver as promised, and they will not refund my money back. They should all be put in jail. This is the worst piece of excuse for a store. I do not appreciate being scammed and having my money stolen, which is exactly what they have done and I will be notifying the police.

      Worst customer service ever avoid like a plague! Bought washer dryer in September the promised deliver date was 3 weeks I accepted even thigh it was long 3 weeks later rehydrate tell me another 3 weeks and then I dont here anything in 5 weeks I contact them they say December 12 but not guaranteed but none one follows up offers alternative customer service is poor poor poor! Unbelievable!

      -False advertising via imagery and description.-Deceptive refund policy.-Issued two different receipts, where the online receipt led to a weblink section that said no refund.-Sales staff attempt to stall any issues until you run out of your illusive 48 hour window to complain.-Policy says if opened it cannot be returned and damaged items can be returned if not opened.How do you know if it's damaged if you cannot open it?-They bait people with fake advertisements and then deliver poor quality product only to offer you in store credit if you don't give up and somehow figure out about the multiple receipts being different, the 48 hour window, didn't open the product, and 2 minutes after delivery ignore the automated survey where they ask if everything is perfect because they will use it against you.-Scam warranties.-Galssdoor even has employees saying they partake in deceptive business practices.-The ******** government has sued them twice for bad business practices.-Their managers are rude and will do anything at any cost to protect the store - zero humanity.-Seems like this business is run by lawyers and not actual business people.-Removing honest reviews from their website.-Thousands of Claims on BBB Conclusion, shut them down.

      I cant believe it worst service ever!Picked up a lamp on Nov 7 th realized it was too large for the space, so I went in to return it on the 17th and they wouldnt give me my money back as I was 3 days late due to getting COVID during that time. They said their hands were tied WTH thats crazy. Worst policy ever!!! Guess they just lost many sales from me as I was planning on purchasing a couch, fridge and stove from them. All because of three days!

      Acheter chez brique de ************** tait une mis**on impos**ble hier, vendredi 11.11.2022. Premirement, je voulais acheter une table de salon, mais a n'avait pas de prix, j'ai demand deux personnes et toutes les deux ont rpondu qu'elles taient occupes et qu'il fallait que je cherche un autre conseiller (que je n'ai pas trouv) puis j'ai voulu acheter une jete pour le salon, donc je suis alle la caisse du service la clientle (o on m'a demand d'aller), j'ai demand la personne la caisse ** je pouvais changer ou retourner le produit plus tard car je n'tais pas sr de la couleur et il a dit non car c'tait vente finale, alors je lui ai dit de l'ouvrir (il tait pli et nou avec des fils) o il m'a dit qu'il ne pouvait pas l'ouvrir, il a demand un employ qui tait derrire son bureau et cet mon**eur sans me voir ni me montrer toute sympathie (je rpte, c'tait le service la clientle ), il a confirm qu'il ne pouvait pas l'ouvrir, alors je lui ai dit qu'il ne pouvait pas acheter quelque chose sans le vrifier pour une sorte de tache et/ou de dchirure. Donc, mme ** j'ai voulu acheter deux choses hier chez Brick, j'ai d partir sans rien cause du mauvais service au client.

      Bought a microwave that didnt fit, returned the next day but made the mistake of saying we opened it! We had repackaged and taped shut so they would never had known but we were being honest, told they will not let us return it as we opened the box, they were so rude and honestly very unprofessional as we were leaving we heard someone refer to us as assholes! The manager was honestly just as rude . In the last year we have spent over $5000 there but that meant nothing. Live and learn

      Three months ago we bought a microwave, range, fridge, washer, drier, dishwasher and a hood from the brick. They were all ******* except the hood. First they sent us the wrong hood. We had to wait for another 20 days or so to receive the right one. The microwave had dents on its sides which we decided to send back. After around two months, the washer stopped working and the *** would not work. Since then inspectors have came to our house 4 times and were still waiting for it to be fixed. They have changed three different parts of the new washer already and it is still not working. I have to use the public laundry for almost two months now. The brick refuses to send us a new one because of their 48 hours return policy. Do you think a washer that was not even used for a full month should have all of these problems? How does this make any sense? The range also has a problem. The oven does not stop working when you open its door and the most concerning problem is that it does not turn off at all even after pushing the off button. From a person who trusted this company and was excited to get new appliances, I would not recommend to ever buy anything from them. Their 48 hours policy is just ridiculous. How many times can I use an appliance in 48 hours to make sure it does not have any problems.

      I made a purchase on a couch at approximately June/July of 2021. I also purchased the extended warranty on this item. Within months of purchasing, there was a defect in the item. I was within the year warranty, but was told they would not exchange the item, nor would they allow the use of the extended warranty. In the end, they offered a full value credit with conditions of not being able to repurchase same product or ay products under the same brand. I was later told that, that was not true, that i could buy something under the same beand. I after asked to use credit in appliance department, and was being told- I can, but I will only get 70% of my credit. I was also told I could buy something if furniture department, then use what was left in any other department. Not im being told by the manager, that is mot the case.Explain this one - its my credit, my money spent, it's staying withing the same store, i should be able to use as i please. Why am I losing out on my money. This is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. Now after speaking to the manager, they are saying they offered to replace the sofa(not true). If that was the case, the sofa would have been replaced, as I initially requested( but was not). Every time it's a run-around, a different story, a different condition. One of the worst stores to deal with.I have also attempted to deal with their head office- also no help. So it's on to the Better Business Bureau now. Maybe $3000+ is mot much to them, but it's a lot of money to the small people like me.BEWARE WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

      Buyer beware! We bought a dishwasher and a warranty and in less than a year it had broken twice. A tech came out and said he had to order *************** and State said our policy was not what we were told it was and said we could wait 2-3 months for the part or take a less than 50% credit to buy another. We waited 3 months, made dozens of phone calls, now they are saying it will be at least another two months, there is nothing they can do. Called a private ******* yesterday, she went to Canadian Tire and got the part and repaired it in under an hour. This company is completely inept, and quite frankly scamming people for money. Everything is sub contracted out, you can't actually get any customer service and their warranties are a total joke. Avoid this chain!!!!!
