      False/misleading *************** ad. It stated that the first 10 people in line gets a $50 gift card. What you get is a coupon for $50 off your purchase. Item had to be over $50 and you cannot combine smaller items to make the $50 purchase. Also, I was not allowed to use it on Buyers' Best items. It's only valid on November 24, 2023, which I was hoping to keep the "gift card" for a future purchase. All this, does not constitute what a gift card is!

      September. 9th-2023 I agreed to have 24 equal payments no interest You only pay the taxes. I was informed the company for the financing is ******* I opened the account and noticed Im paying interest for September and October I called ******* yesterday to find out why Im paying interest since Im making my payments on time The representative kept me on hold for 40 min. Then he informed me I have to pay the interest every ********** laughed Seemed like it was a big joke to him.( you should listen to the recording ) He said the brick put me on this plan? I tried calling the store yesterday in ******** ****** Nobody answers the phone Now I find out the brick put me on an interest plan ?The manager I spoke with wont do anything about this What kind of scam is this ?They expect me to pay 29% interest??Worst company I ever dealt with I bought furniture in the past from Leons and ******************* I was on the 24 month zero interest plan I need to resolve this asap Choose Follow Up:Phone|Tlphone Follow Up:

      Sold a defective ** and reported it within the same day of delivery. They immediately redirected me to the manufacture. Spent a while on the phone with the manufacture where as I was informed the Panel was defective. Had to push the store to do an exchange. Then had to wait days for a new ** to arrive. Then the delivery team arrive aggressive with the replacement **. Not stored properly on their truck. It was delivered while I was in the hospital but I had An adult there to accept delivery. The delivery team RIP into the ** box and take pictures of the screen and say it's satisfactory. Except they never turned it on and they never confirmed it was functioning properly. I was in the hospital for 3 days. When I came home I got some assistance to actually put the feet on the **, plug it in and immediately notice that the panel is defective again. Probably due to how the delivery team keeps it in their truck. I immediately contact the store again. This time they say to bad deal with the manufacturer warrantee. They took zero accountability for their poor delivery standards, and refused to stand behind their products. I was told because the ** was opened that they won't cover it. Even thou THEY ARE THE **** WHO OPENED IT WITHOUTNMY CONSENT!!!

      Zero rating would be a better fit for this company. I purchased an ** Fridge with extended warranty and had it replaced within the 3rd year from the original date of purchase. The new replacement stopped working suddenly without any visible signs to look for etc... at 8:00 pm we noticed the frozen items were melting, having a small freezer in the basement was helpful to save some of our frozen items, but that cannot be said for the groceries, in the fridge. Next morning we started calling all the #'s they have on the invoices, warranty etc... finally located the updated # for King * ****** called the # and the earlies we can get someone to come and look at the fridge (Service Call) is 6 days later??? we were told no technicians were available and if there was a cancellation we would be called?? Than I asked what would be an alternative? nothing just wait until the appointment date.. called back again and spoke to a team leader, explaining if it was realistic to go without a fridge for a week and then maybe 3 more weeks depending on the evaluation of the technician ? What if we have to order parts? order a new fridge etc... no idea, it's like living in a 3rd world country, people at this company including vendors have no common sense. finally she informed me I would have to call the local Brick Store to see if we can get a loaner? called the store NO ONE picks up, called the Brick customer service line and was given the # to Head Office. Escalated now and waiting to see if anything would come out of this. Based on prior experience with this company and service levels I would Never purchase anything or refer anyone to deal with the BRICK. invest wisely and go to ******* even the warranty is much cheaper and better for any appliances and furniture.

      We made our purchase specifically because when we bought our couches 5 years ago, we were told that if we bought an extended guarantee but never made a claim, we could use the value towards a purchase in store. So, we made a purchase to take advantage of the situation.We were told it would be delivered on a specific by the salesperson and the person who processed the bill. It was not delivered, and we didn't receive any call or email update.We called and were told that the credit for the warranty was extremely complicated and would take more time for head office to process. Then, we were promised delivery the next week. Exactly the same result, except this time your phones were down most of the day and we couldn't even contact you.We have remained loyal customers, have taken time off work to receive our delivery, and we don't even get the basic courtesy of any updates, confirmation, or a specific date. We try to reach out through all social media but get the same canned answer, "we're contacting everyone to fix the situation" with zero accountability or facts on resolution. We are extremely frustrated and feel like we have been taken advantage of, and have no confidence in the Brick. Never buying from there again.

      The Brick in *************, *** is horrible. Purchased a fridge/stove combo $1000- down deferring the rest (approx $2000-) to a deferred payment/no tax plan on my existing ******* account somehow the whole amount wasnt deferred and ******* start taking money I submitted to pay for this account because of how ******* at the brick entered it by the time I caught it, cost me $600+ attempted to rectify with *******, and they said go to the Brick The Brick says ******* has to do it nobody fixed it so I used my line of credit payed it off completely and closed the account. Rude people at both very similar to those phone scams we all get very scetchy way to treat consumers looks almost like a legal scam STAY AWAY from both

      After everything I've been through with the store(The Brick) and the manufacturer(Danby) since early July 2023. Very stressful indeed. When I purchased the unit, I was not aware of the return policy. I never anticipated going through all this, beginning with the error code only after six hours in use over a three day period in AC mode and the missing drainage hose that was suppose to be included in the box. Then having to prove the manual stated it was included this sending pictures of the cover of the manual and the page inside that declared it was "included ".It took two month for the hose to arrive, not that that would have helped. The entire summer was over and I had to endure an apartment of 33degrees because their AC unit was defective from the beginning. And now three months of a long paper trail and no satisfaction. The Brick doesn't want to lose out and neither does *****, but it is ok for the costumer to lose? I never would have purchased an AC unit from the store had I known what their return policy is and that they DO NOT back up what they sell. They just blame it on the manufacturer and you still get nowhere.

      SCAM SCAM FALSE WARRANTY . I want to share my very bad experience with Brick at ******** ON. PLEASE DONt buy their warranty its a SCAM . I bought recliner sofa , love seat and chair Sept 2020 . They keep begging us to buy the warranty and now when issues happened they said accepted as is. Parts discontinued.SCAM

      if there is 0 or negative star, I would rate them that.. affordable furniture should not mean deffective. so trashy aftersales and customer service. if you complain to them, you can feel that they are irritated. I am so done dealing with this store.

      I had purchased the 5 year warranty with my sofa sectional. When I tried to use the warranty in a timely manner, they wouldn't reply back to me after I had already gotten a case number. After several weeks, I had to try and find out what is happening with it. They said my request was denied even though the warranty clearly states that they will repair what I am claiming.Buyer beware. Don't fall for the upsell of these warranties. It's a cash grab in my opinion.
