      I purchase a dining set and a sofa on The Brick store in ***********. The delivery will be done at September 22th.On this day, at 6pm, I received a call from the store telling me that they couldn't delivery my things because their truck was broken. I asked if they have another truck, and she said yes, so I asked to them delivery my things with the other truck. The sales manager talked to me in this call and said there's nothing he could do, even if they having another truck. During all the talk he was rude and harsh. So I said that if my purchase was not delivered that night, I will canceled. After that, the salesman who made the sale to me, called me and tried to solve the situation, but he couldn't.In the next day at 10 am, to deliverymen came to my house to delivered the furniture. The driver was polite, however, the other employee which speaks Portuguese, asked for two times if I still mad with them, and I answered yes. In the both times he asked with *******. And then he replied that he didn't like that I complained about them to their boss.I said that how he dare to confront me in my own house, since I was a costumer and did say anything to him. He says that I have no reason to be mad because there is no difference between delivering the furniture yesterday ou today. I replied that I knew they were lying about the truck being broken last night, and they only said this because they don't want to work anymore on the night before.Then the driver asked to the Portuguese guy leave my house, but until the time he entered in the truck, the guy was arguing with me.After that, I called to the store to speak with the manager, and he confirmed that the truck was not broken on the night before, and there's nothing he could do about the behavior of the deliverymen.This was the worst costumer experience in my hole life, I never heard about something like that. I was disrespected in my own house.The advice that I give it's you stay away from The Bricks.

      BEWARE! If you receive damaged goods from the Brick ****** and decide that you don't want to keep the damaged goods, you will NOT be refunded the delivery fee.So I'm down $100 and have no furniture to show for it! I would love to know, if I had decided to allow the Brick to re-deliver replacement furniture, would I have been charged an additional $100 for delivery or would they have taken the loss and sent me the replacement furniture at no additional cost? So instead of them biting the loss, I am! This just doesn't sit well with me!

      This has been a nightmare from day one. I cannot say it more clearly. Stay away from the Brick. And run like your pants are on fire when they give you the application for ******* financing. It has criminal vibes in how they conduct business. I have been a customer of ********************** for ** years, had previous financing cards but this is the single worst experience of my 60 plus years. They will break you even when you think you have done it all correctly. RUN. RUN. RUN. Stay away from the Brick and *******. Even regular credit cards seem straightforward compared to *****************. I cannot emphasize enough. Stay away from The Brick and even further from *****************.

      I purchased a matress and was unsatisfied with it so I exchanged it for a new one. The salesperson pushed ** into a Luxury Firm which was more expensive failing to include that we only have a "ONE" time exchange. I paid $1000 towards the matress and I checked the balance only to find that I was paying for 2 mattresses( the one I exchanged and the new one). Had to fight for a week to straighten out my bill, only after I contacted the head office in Edmonton did my store get a hold of me and fix things. I kept making a payment every month trying to pay it off quickly. Upon checking the balance @ a later date I realized that the salesperson switched my financing from 24 months 0% interest to 3 months Equal payments. By this time 3 months had past and I was now paying Interest and deferral fees. I called the Brick again to tell them that my term of finance was switched and I was paying interest and other fees. @ this point I owed 900$. The Brick said they would straighten it out. After they tried to correct my account or so I thought they fixed my term of Finance I made another payment last month and then checked my balance and I now owe 2900$$$!!******* and the brick need to get their stuff together because niether of them have rectified the problem and my next step is going to the media to warn consumers of the Nightmare that they may end ** in if they purchase anything from the Brick......I know my wife and I will not be buying anything from the crooks @ The Brick . Definately need the government or BBB TO START DOING THEIR JOB AND PROTECT CONSUMERS! they will not recieve another dime from me until the make things right and credit me something for my "Inconveniences"! Buyer Beware! -Negative 5 Stars !

      BEWARE Bought a Frigidaire dishwasher for our seasonal home in the ******* ** area in October 2021. June 2022 had to have a service call, it wouldn.t start, it did take weeks to get the warranty repair. In July 2023 the dishwasher door assembly displayed no power or doorlock function. Still no service on the extended warranty purchase. So we had the unit working approximately four summer months.The Brick head office ignored my numerous telephone complaints.The warranty company, King and State claimed they had forwarded the service call to a local service company. { the phone complaints appeared to be handled by foreign representatives with poor English language skills]The local service company, Service Plus claimed they were short staffed and would get there when they can. STILL WAITING.None of the three companies involved returned my numerous telephone complaints nor was there any E Mail correspondance. SEEMS LIKE after sale customer service is of little importance. And don't blame this on covid.

      Horrible customer service. The employees are lazy sitting down on their phones while they are ********. Had to look for someone for help and at the end of it they didnt want to negotiate the price and we were told thats the price. Asked to speak to a manager and all he can say is I will look at the security cameras and he says he has multiple employees on the floor and they are busy with customers NO NO NO thats not true they were sitting on their ***** not doing anything only a couple of them where helping customers. Your employees need to learn customer service. All they did was point across the showroom and told us as the customers to look over there like we freaking work there. The Manager wasnt helpful at all he just believed what his sales person told him that was it and he came and told me the same **** thing the sales person said obviously they went over what they were going to say when he had to go get the manager. Bottom line is your customer service ***** your employees need to Re Trained and Manager or Fired. You sound so Dumb as a Manager not knowing what your Employees are doing ******** oh let me go check the security cameras then what talk to your employees and lol that your customer service *****. Do Better. You guys lost sales. CUSTOMERS BEWARE THE SURREY BRICK ON KING ****** DID EVERYTHING FOR A WAY BETTER PRICE PROBABLY EVEN HALF THE ****** THESE GUYS ARE RIPPING ALL THE CUSTOMERS OFF. I will not recommend this store to my family or friends and will not shop here anymore. If I could give this zero stars I would cause one star is being generous.

      I Bought a couch in May 2023 it had damage so I reported the damage. They Said they would exchange the couch and on June 19 they had their delivery company take the damaged couch out. That they couldn't get out the way they were trying to get it out and kept try for Over a hour a 20 mins and damaged my ceiling and marked my wall and when they got in the door way the pushed it to the point where they damaged my whole door frame and asked when I called to send a email to report it and send pictures. I did everything they asked. I didn't hear back from them for 20 days and then sent another email asking if anything was happening. I still never heard anything until it was about a month after and they wanted more pictures. So I sent them. Then then called and wanted to see my video of my doorbell and my inside camera. And was told if I couldn't provide they would decline my claim.

      The customer service is horrible. I bought a chair in March 2023 and a week after receiving it, there were issues so I filed an Insurance claim and was told that since they could not fix my chair, they would give me a replacement which was fine and where my low rating starts. The chair was scheduled to be in stock on June 25th. I received a phone call on June 15 to schedule a delivery. I received a call on the day of delivery and was told that the chair was not in stock. A few days later, another call to schedule a delivery for July 5th. I waited all day on July 4th for the call to give me the 3 hrs delivery window & when I called that evening, again I was told there was no chair in stock. So I have now waited since May 25th for a replacement chair. I have a 3rd tentative delivery date but I am not optimistic. I have tried calling to speak to the store Manager but he did not feel it was worth his time calling me back as apparently he went on vacation 2 days later without calling me. I sent a message to The Brick Headquarters on July 5th to file a complaint against the store and even they have not contacted me and it's been 9 days.

      I happily bought 4 dining room chairs- they ended up being poor quality, with the stitching on one of the chairs fraying as a popped seam on the edge of the seat. We were so excited to use our new chairs but as soon as we sat on them we noticed them to be extremely stiff and uncomfortable, on top of the bad quality. We have been supporters of The Brick for years and have purchased some great household items from this location, and you can imagine our disappointment from the chairs. My husband went back for a return and the sales associate informed him that because they were opened that there was no return allowed- unfortunate, but kind of understandable. My husband then asked for store credit to which the associate denied and told him to find an in store exchange on the spot. We had originally planned to come in for a simple return and had other important appointments for the day so we were unable to do an exchange then and there, and the associate still refused any store credit. I am very disappointed with the service provided and I sincerely hope other shoppers of The Brick don't run into similar issues.

      I purchased a table set and was told I would receive a call for pick up, no call of course. I called and was told it was there and could be picked up. I backed my truck up to the dock and 1 guy helped me load table as the other guy stood on the dock with his hands in his pocket watching me. I then proceeded to load 2 boxes of chairs of the dock with no assistance from either associate. Absolutely the most ignorant display of customer service.
