      Purchased a Fridge, they were 3 hours late delivering and damaged my property. Scratch my hardwood and damaged wall in my living room. They told me I had 24 hours to report. I reported the next morning with pictures and now they say they won't cover it. I'll never buy from the Brick again. Bad service.

      We have bought several items from this company over the past 30 years and until today would have said they were decent. Not any more. We purchased a brand new dishwasher off of them in November with an extended warranty and professional installation. It failed exactly one month later and has been unusable ever since, requiring three major component replacements. As soon as the first event occurred we attended the Brick and informed them and started asking refund and return policy questions. No one mentioned that there was any kind of limitation on an extended warranty that had not even started yet (i.e. kicks in November 2023). Yesterday, after another visit by the technician we decided to try and start recovering our losses. On our previous two or three visits the customer rep was very kind and empathetic. Today, that all changed. When I explained the history of our problem and made the formal request to have just our extended warranty and possibly the installation costs refunded the rep (not the same as on previous visits) went to a person seated literally 20' from me in direct line of sight. They never stood up and never attended the counter. They were obviously clearly impatient with what the rep was telling them. After a few minutes they addressed me, still seated and clearly offended at my presence identifying themselves as a "manager". They then proceeded to lecture me in what is one of the most arrogant displays I have been subjected to in a long time about "store policy" and that any refund of an extended warranty had to be requested within thirty days of purchase. They put all the responsibility on ********* and me. In my humble experience customer feedback is most valid when it involves some sort of product, or service failure and the Brick has failed that test as badly as ** in this case. Go do business with these folks if you want to be treated like dirt and be left unsupported when something they have sold you fails.

      I purchased a washer and dryer and paid for delivery and installation, only for them to cancel the delivery twice. I've been without laundry for over 4 weeks. I will never purchase anything from the Brick again and would suggest that everyone steer clear of this business!

      My initial washer/dryer purchase was not delivered. They didn't even reach out to explain. When I contacted to find out the situation they informed me the dryer was no longer available.I went back to the store to figure things out, they asked me to upgrade to a new set. I obliged and paid another $200. I received my email the night before delivery confirming delivery time for the following day. 4 hours before delivery they called to tell me they didn't charge me enough money and would not deliver unless I gave them more money!!!! WHAT??? After I finish this review I have to start a fraudulent claim with the credit card as they weren't able to refund my money at the time of call.DO NOT SHOP AT THE BRICK

      I have bought the mattress $800 + $100 mattress cover for stains (which bricks offer store warranty for extra 6 months) + $100 Box and $50 (total cost me with taxes $1171.37.The mattress has worst quality the mattress is sagging and the body indentation is more then 2- 3 inches. I have contact brick within a year bricks have directed me a complicated claim process.I have finally after 6 month to completed the process. i have spend one hours all the pictures' receipts submitted Within 1.5 year of purchase date.After doing this hardship. Trans ************** a transportation company replied on the behalf of Brick and have refused my claim by saying your mattress got some water stains. We do not cover the warranty if mattress has stain which their stain protects unable the mattress from stain .>I have explained everything to claim offer which all online. they don't even bother to come and inspect the mattress.Just said cover and mattress is 2 different manufactures.mattress manufacture would not cover warranty if the mattress has stain on it.

      Which is the washer and dryer from this Brick it was delivered on January 6 but they weren't willing to set it up and left and as a result the washer is bouncing down the new floor we have emailed them and called and they're not helping at all I would never shop there again for everything including all our new appliances for the kitchen and the mattress we were gonna buy they've lost all this business for something so simple makes you wonder

      HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE BRICK!Bought a large TV and it was delivered missing a part. They would do nothing to help us get the part except to tell me to deal with the manufacturer. They wouldn't even make a telephone call to solve our problem. Not only do I have to chase down **** to get the part, but the manager was rude and said "its not our fault the part was missing". I called head office who offered to fix the problem but said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get the part! This means no TV for us for 4-6 weeks. Buyer beware! They sell cheap c*** that maybe bought because it is missing parts and then get the customer to try and fix their problem. NEVER SHOP AT THE BRICK AGAIN!!!!!!

      This business is the worst business I dealt with. They are involved in dishonest business practices and misleading advertising. We bought a couch and loveseat from them. The product was advertised as genuine leather. The sales rep advised us that it's real leather with long durability. We bought the products paid thousands. Next month the seats starts peeling off. Called Brick and they told us it's wear and tear. They won't help. **************** is super bad. We are feeling cheated.

      This company is the same as ******. They don't follow warranty guidelines as outlined in the warranty booklet

      Purchased a recliner chair on Boxing Day sale and did not get a confirmation on delivery date for the chair from the sales person. Order was on dec 26 and did not get any updates from sales person. The order status on website does not work or is out of order error occurred . Phoned the store and they said it was on backorder. They do not have recliner in stock or in warehouse. They order direct from manufacturer when a sale is made. I will have to wait 2 months for my chair to be delivered. How did the brick stay in business for 50 years? If you have a sale item you assume they have stock/inventory to clear and want the item sold as quickly as possible. This is absolutely not the case. They just want the money customer services is not the priority. First and last time I will shop there.
