      I received a charge on my **** card on Jan. *****, 2025 for ****** from Creative Doors *********I had called them to purchase a replacement remote for my garage door opener. While on the phone, I read off all the available information from the opener and they told me they had a remote that would work. I told them if they brought it out, they could also perform a lubrication and door maintenance. The tech showed up and said the remote would not work and I would need another alternative. He did not perform the lube and maintenance and told me I'd get charged $65.00 for the call out. I phoned their office and informed them that I did not authorize the call out fee as 1) They were given all the information on the opener and said they had a remote. Which they got wrong. 2) ********** was performed during the visit. I have never seen or approved an invoice and have no idea where the sum of ****** came from. I am trying to work with **** to have this reversed.

      Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience so we can finalize the resolution and refund your credit card. Again, we sincerely regret this experience and appreciate the opportunity to make it right.

      Built a brand new house. Creative door installed a door that had damage.( photos provided to them) we noticed the damage progressively getting worse after we took possession. (Photos also provided to them) we contacted them giving photos with the damage before we took possession and after 4-6 months. They came out and confirmed damages were not from us. Damages are at the corner of the stamping from manufacture. Door has buckled more and more over time at corners of manufacture stamping. They will not replace the door for us unless we pay for a new one. Unacceptable
