I have requested a service manager to response to a weed spray and a rock spray which were done and paid 2 separate transactions, and did not hear from weeks. I have ordered these services to remove weeds, and it seems didn't spray enough to kill weeds. All I need is to get Green Drop to respray my lawn due to their warranty program, and instead I got another charge for the service again. I've talked to the **** from call center, and they couldn't help much except advised to connect with managers, but none has called me back. I need a fair explanation from Green Drop, why?

I am sorry to hear about your weed problems this season.
Looks like a manager was out Sept 20th to respray. The weed control only takes 10-14 weeks to show their full results. If there is still weeds, I would be happy to come out this week at no extra charge to take a look.

I am also a 1 star reviewer, signed up for basic package, took over a week for first reply, then longer for application. Given the season I doubt I will get the offered 4 treatments. I initially took away signage as wanted to support your business, now going to put it back with signage not to use your services. We used this service in B.C. years ago and were pleased with **** control, zero response on horsetail in front yard.Green Drop Lawns Ltd

I wish I would have read the reviews before I signed up and paid Green Drop in ***** for the Premium ************** Package. I had to call to have them come to aerate and overseed the lawn. Overseeding was poor..still am trying to cover bare patches. Next had to ask to fertilize the lawn. Did a lot of irrigating after fertilizingstill have bare patches. No Soil Booster yetbut did pay for it! Now am buying seeds to make lawn look like it did last year . Tru Green was the lawn keeper but this year could not aerate or overseed so decided that Green Drop would be just as good. No comparison! Last year lawn was fertilized with weed control on a monthly basisno calls or emails required. Service was from May to September. I was informed about the day they were coming and what service I would get. I hope that Green Drop woul develop the same business model. At this point very unhappy as I need to call .chat or email to have lawn fertilized and weeds need to disappear..************Green Drop Lawns Ltd
