**Subject: Complaint Regarding Unresolved Refund for $500 Holding Fee**Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against 24/7 Auto Loan in ********, **, regarding a $500 holding fee I paid on July 31st, 2024, for a car that I never signed for, test drove, or agreed to purchase. Despite assurances from ***************************, a representative of the business, that I would receive a refund within 48 hours, it has now been over two weeks without any resolution. Here are the details of the situation:- I paid a $500 holding fee for a car that I never signed for, test drove, or agreed to purchase.- There was no written contract or agreement binding me to this transaction.- The car was not held for me as initially promised.- *************************** assured me that I would receive a refund within 48 hours, but it has now been over two weeks.- Despite multiple attempts to contact him, I have been blocked and have received no communication or resolution.- I have text messages indicating that *************************** went on a camping trip around the time I paid the holding fee. This raises further concerns about the whereabouts of my money.- I have previously purchased two cars from ***************************, which is why I trusted him with this transaction. This makes the current situation even more disappointing and concerning.- Every day, I check my bank account, and every day the refund is not there. This situation makes me very sad, as I need this money for my daily life. *************************** promised me a refund and broke that promise. This is extremely distressing, especially considering he was my car salesman and someone I trusted.- Every time I call the business lines, I get no answer or a message saying that someone is working on it. ***, who works for Auto Extreme The business details are as follows:- **Company Name:** 24/7 Auto Loan - **Address:** ******************************************** - **Phone:** ************ - **Salesman:** ***************************************

We spoke to Mr  *******, to understand  what is happening here, Mr ******** sent $500 dollars to someone that works allegedly for Xtreme auto, he sent the money to an Xtreme auto gmail account.

We at 24-7 help him get vehicle last year through one of our dealer partners, we are a lead generating company.
