      I am having a problem with the Business known as HealthCare Solutions, I inquired about a replacement remote for a health care aid device to assist getting in and out of the bath tub. The business, when I called about a replacement remote, informed me that the replacement would cost $378.00 and that the delivery would would be approximately 2 weeks. This conversation occurred on September 27th of 2024. To this date, no product has been been delivered. Without out this product it affects my health as I cannot bathe properly. **. My Grandson, who is 29 years old, is writing this on my behalf, as I do not own a computer. I also have no access to the internet, aside through my grandson.

      Purchased Wheelchair as online advertised October 2022. **** indicated product was offshore and he would contact me when available. Left 3 voice mail messages for **** with no return call. My husband and I went to Edmonton May 29, 2023 and spoke to ****** ******, who said they moved to new system and my wheelchair was in old system. He indicated my PO order was perhaps supplied to someone else. He phoned supplier who had one . exact wheelchair on hand and if PO was quick could mean delivery in 2 weeks. ****** called ****** his mgr who indicated a new PO had to be signed by him. ****** indicated he'd call me back with update. I called back a few days later, after no call and ****** indicated he'd find the original PO and order and call me back. **** called and wanted to know if i would accept a slightly different model and if july 2023 was good for delivery. I asked what happened to the exact model that ****** found, that was the exact one i ordered october 2022. **** said he'd check. **** never EVER returned any calls after that. i phoned ******, who also NEVER returned any calls. I paid $1575.99 per attached invoice. I have not received my wheelchair and cushion
