    Moved into the unit 7 days after the lease started. My unit was mostly completed/renovated. No notice was given about renovations being done to the unit. Damage from previous tenants was still visible and supplies from ************ were in my living room. The unit above me (where my former roommate moved too) was completely gutted. Moved in the same as me 7 days after the lease started. No sink in the kitchen, no cupboards in the kitchen, and no hood for the stove, The Stove and Fridge were in the living room. No sink/counter in the bathroom. The only source of water was the bathtub which they had not gotten around to replacing yet. After a week of people coming and going (with keys letting themselves in with no notice), Mayfield (now Zen) advised we would be financially compensated for the issues on moving in. Nothing was done. Noise complaints were ignored because it was outside quiet hours (the lease states all tenants should keep noise to a minimum 24/7). Final straw. On an 18-month lease had my 1-year inspection. during the inspection, the Regional Manager found garbage bags (filled with cardboard/non-biodegradable/not smelly items) and said the unit smelt like dirt and I had 1 week to clean it up. Served with illegal notice (not time and slipped under door not posted or handed to me). Managers didn't show up on the date for 2nd inspection. Showed up with 1hrs notice the following day. Asked to be released from my lease early due to the way the Regional Manager spoke to me and that they were not allowed in because no notice had been given. I was yelled at, told no, and that I would be breaking the lease and have to pay. They would take me to court, and report me to ****** Services because of the filth. Said she'd "believe it when she saw it" for me continuing to pay rent despite leaving early. Tried calling the office for someone higher up and got a call back from the same Regional Manager advising no one is higher than her, and she berated me again.

    I had a viewing today for *********************** and the building manger didn't even bother to show up. I called and left five different messages because they didn't even have the decency to answer the phone. I even texted them and still nothing. I waited for 20minutes and nothing. This was so highly unprofessional.I even tried to call their main office and nothing, just more answering services to leave messages!If I could give a negative star rating I would.

    ****** I Mayfield management group Still hasn't return my Security deposit (1465$)even thought I was promises to get it back. moved in for less the 4 month due to the horrible living condition,-Leaking roof -mold -kitchen dishwasher constantly flooding . And theses were just some of the issues we dealt with When trying to fix heses issues, we would get little to no help. Until we had enough and were forced to move out for our safety The property manager tried charging us an extra month for leaving early and tried to remove the 1 month free Promotion Only to realize that the 1 month free promotion was never applied to us !!!I've felt like they have been robbing us from the start I would really appreciate if Mayfield Management group would put their greed to the side and make amends to make this situation right I Would warn anyone who is trying to deal with them as fake promises and sneaky practices are very common

    I have tried several times to call this company so many times and ***** returns my calls regarding cockroaches in the building and other maintenance problems and ***** gets back to me. The lady at the front desk even puts me through to supervisors and I leave messages as well and none gets back to me. My emails are ignored as well. Many people have moved out of the two buildings on *********** because of their lack of professionalism. It seems this company keeps advertising falsely and once you buy or rent they do not do as they commit. I have left reviews on their web and instagram and they don't even take their time to respond to negative reviews which show their level of concern for their customers.

    I moved in and pay a quiet abit for. A place at ******* on the market. I was told I had 1 yr free parking only to have them charge me. The place had alot of cleaning to do coming into it I have requested some hardware to be fixes in the suite it still has not happened and I get ignored about the parking issue. Iam not impressed at all!
