My small project was treated the same as a large project would have been. We started our journey to remodel the exterior of our home without knowing anything about how, why, materials or colors, costs or end results. After much neighborhood searching and discussions with neighbors and strangers about their remodeling experiences we contacted several exterior renovation companies and interviewed them about the many aspects of changing the outside of something and living with the results for the next few decades. Kind've a big deal that. One thing that bothered us about exterior renovations is that siding and insulating house exteriors is not a recognized trade, and thus there is no overarching body giving some assurance to homeowners of the quality of workmanship. We saw Blue ***'s website, which explained much about what to expect so we interviewed them. Their efforts up front were miles ahead of the other contractors. The renderings and software use showed they were astute and diligent which gave us comfort in the likelihood of their workmanship being the same. Their affiliation with ****** was evident in the workmanship with that and other materials. We had stucco removal, exterior insulation, siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and existing window cladding done on our house and garage, and they recommend cost saving measures we did not know existed. They stayed on schedule, notified us of issues, recommended solutions, gave us a solid estimate with no surprises and kept the place neat at all times. At the end of the day, Blue Jays' philosophy was evident throughout every contact and action they did. Each person who worked with us was respectful, seemed happy to work for Blue *** and did great work from start to finish. As a bonus upon completion, our neighbors are commenting positively as they go by walking or driving! I would recommend this company to anyone who asks.Blue Jay Exterior Renovations Inc

I contacted Blue Jay Exterior Renovations because I had noticed some stains on my siding and was concerned that it may be a serious issue, possibly mold, and I didnt know where to turn for help. **** replied almost immediately, and even though they dont specialize in leak/mold identification he and ***** went out of their way to help me. The work was scheduled quickly, and ******** did a great job fixing the issue. He was through and took the time to explain what he had found and what he was going to do. The communication throughout the process with ******************** and ******** was fantastic. They were all very knowledgeable, professional, and provided information about every step of the process. I am incredibly grateful for their help; it was a great experience from start to finish and it is obvious that they really care about their customers. With Bluejay Exterior Renovations, you can expect high-quality workmanship, a clean worksite, excellent communication and people that stand behind their work. **** and ***** and their crew did such a fantastic job on my house and Im so happy with the outcome. During the renovation, it was discovered that I had no insulation on part of the second floor ***************. They couldve not told me and covered it with soffits, and I wouldnt have known the difference. But they took the extra time to insulate it to do a proper job. I really appreciate the attention to detail. I have noticed a difference in how warm the second floor rooms are on that side of the house. We contracted Blue *** to replace our siding, add exterior insulation, and install in new aluminum soffits and fascia on our **** home. We are so pleased with the results, not to mention the amazing experience we had working with them. From the initial consultation to the quote, demo, installation and the final inspection - they take extreme pride in their work and cared as much about the outcome as we did. I don't think I've left a review for a contractor before - and we've hired lots the past few years - but this was simply the best experience we've ever had working with a home reno company. Contracted out a variety of siding repairs with Blue ***, and had a great experience. They were affordable, quick to respond to questions, and had great follow up. They even honored their original quote when the first visit revealed another small issue that needed to get fixed, and scheduled a revisit with no fuss for me whatsoever. We engaged Blue Jay Exterior Renovations to replace the vinyl siding, soffit, fascia and chimney cap on our 31 year old home and were very pleased with the results. When rotted sheathing and studs were discovered, they were able to make the necessary repairs. They contracted sub-trades for the replacement of the eavestroughs, exterior lighting and plumbing and also coordinated with the parging, garage door and window contractors that we hired. ******************** and their teams commitment to their clients is evident throughout all phases of the project. We were impressed with the communication, personnel, quality of work, contract documentation, invoicing approach and flexibility provided by Blue Jay Exterior Renovations their process for project delivery is exceptional.
