    This company left me stranded at ****************** at 10pm with nothing available to pick me up for hours. I am handicapped and on a medical scooter. Wheelchair excessive vehicle was not available. I book this pick up at 2:30 in the afternoon. After 10 pm when a vehicle had not come,I call **** told it would be there in 5 minutes. I called again 20 minutes later at which time the stated that trips are not gareenteed. And it could take an hour or more. I called other taxis and nothing was available for three hours. I have no family and my freind to help who was with my scooter. How are handicapped people suppose to get around. Ets dats bus said they could not accommodate me on my trip either and they only book between 7am and 5pm. Thoughtless and unsymapatetic.

    This is for driver #***** if you get him AVOID AVOID AVOID. Yeah, we called a taxi as my husband had to work an early shift and figured taxi might be faster than walking, boy were we wrong. First it was 10 minutes to arrive, then it went down to 8, and kept going lower but then it stayed at 4 minutes so I check the map and see him driving in circles.. I called to see what was going on, dispatch was absolutely no help and basically told us to just wait. When the driver gets here he circles around our block for a few minutes while were waving our hands outside, incredible unprofessional and incompetent driver. I would never ever hire someone like either of those guys to be under my employment. Pathetic service from edmontons coop taxi line. I dont think we will be using or recommending this company to anybody ever again. If youre running late definitely dont use them. If you expect your driver to know his way around the area, dont call coop taxi. Edit:Id leave zero stars if I could
