    Had a cracked screen, went in for repair and now my phone will only stay on for 5 minutes. Shady place using non approved parts to sell at a premium, avoid at all costs.

    We went to the red deer location to get our sons iPad fixed got it back and it had a glue all under the screen on our iPad was damaged took it back to get it fixed when we got it back for the second time the home button broke, and there was still glue under the screen took it back got it fixed for a third time and they fried our battery by heating up the screen too much went back in asked for a refund and they kept saying that a manager will phone us. Nobody called us. We had to go in person again and they still did not give us a full refund. Only a partial refund and that was after lots of refusal at first . They are not easy people to deal with or very polite to customers! The issues were visible there problems they caused to the iPad not ours so they should have wanted to fix it with no Issues after 3 weeks of no iPad it still wasnt done correct and we had to go pay another place to fix it properly and change the battery as the battery was fried do not recommend this business at all ! Unless you want your iPad damaged worse than when you took it in to begin with
