- In-Store Stocked Items - We will refund or exchange all in-store stocked items up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
All product must be in resalable condition. The original receipt is required for all refunds and must be presented to the Tile Town store of purchase. All credit or debit card purchases will be refunded to the original card used at the time of purchase.
No Returns On:
Special Order Items – No Returns will be accepted. Installation is acceptance. Note: All items displayed on sample boards and display racks are NOT stocked in-store and must be special ordered.
