I have informed *******, the owner of A Family of Trades regarding the deficiencies and damages by his siding person. He even came out to look at things and to tell me he would make things right in April 2022. Since then I have not heard from ******* and he refuses to return my many phone calls. The worst thing is I cant even get an invoice from him to prove to my insurance company to prove the work was done. This means I am not getting my insurance discount for upgrading my shingles.I am to the point that Ill just hire someone to fix the deficiencies and damages and purchase items he was supposed to for the job but I WANT MY INVOICE!!!!He was given the full cheque from my insurance company for the job plus the deductible that was refunded to me. He complained to me that he lost money on my job almost like I should offer to pay him more, which I did not do.

Our customer was very happy with the finished product and the many extras we included. I can come up with many excuses as to our follow up. With that said there are no excuses. As the owner I take full responsibility. I have personally attended to the matter, and is to my understanding the issues have been addressed. We continue to strive to be the best.
