      I enrolled in a course at Prestige School (*****************************************) on December 19, 2024, and attended from January 20 to February 14, 2025. I traveled 5 hours from ******, choosing this school because they offered transportation and accommodation, but I was never informed of any changes to these *********** course started on January 20, 2025, and finished on February 14, 2025. When I arrived in ******* after a 5-hour trip on January 19, 2025, I was told that the school I had registered for was not the same as the one listed in my documents and that they could not provide transportation. This was a complete surprise, especially since just one day before my arrival, I had asked about transportation, and they never responded.I was upset and explained that I did not know the city and that I had already paid for my enrollment, which included the transportation fee. ***** ********* ****************** the person in charge, told me that they would help me for the first week only, and after that, I had to find my own way to the school. She suggested using public transportation, but the commute from the provided accommodation to the school was 2 hours each way4 hours in total.Additionally, the school name "Prestige" does not existthe address I was given (*********************************************) belongs to "Bridlewood Pet Grooming." At the school, I often waited over 3 hours to practice, and multiple students had to share the same dog, causing stress to the animals.I completed my course but formally request a refund for transportation, as it was included in my enrollment. I have sent couples emails and messages, but they ignored me. When I provided proof from their own documents, they refused to respond.I would appreciate any assistance in securing the refund I am legally entitled to.
