      I purchased 2 winter tires from "SAVE BIG ON TIRES, *******" on Dec 30, 2022 and *************************** installed them for me. He was very friendly and polite both on the phone when I initially contacted him and then again while I was there in the shop when he was installing the tires. The total amount of my bill was $168.00 he charged me $130.00 for the tires and $38.00 for the install.While he was installing the tires I asked how much tread was still on them and he said around 60 to 65%, but that they would definitely serve the purpose. I was a bit worried about that and explained that I drive deliveries for a living and that it was extremely important that I be able to get around both effectively and safely. He told me not to worry, that they would more than serve the purpose and that if there were any problems, just to get back in touch with him, that he offered a 30 day return policy.The very next day while out doing deliveries, I ran into problems as the tires provided very poor traction and found myself sliding around on the road. The next day I nearly slid into a clients car when I was leaving their property and the following day, I was unable to make it up a driveway to make a delivery. My income depends on me being able to drive in all road conditions, he was aware of that fact.I contacted ****** on Jan 03, 2023, 4 days after the purchase and found him to be extremely rude when he realized I wanted to return the tires. He told me he wouldn't refund my money, but that he would sell me a set of brand new tires if I wanted, and that it would cost an extra $80.00 to have them installed. I told him I just wanted to return the ones I'd purchased since they were useless to me and he refused to honor his word saying that it wasn't actually a return policy, that the 30 days was merely a no leak policy instead. He then hung up on me.
