  I called Milani to check a heating problem. They tried to sell me a 17,000 dollar hot water furnace and charged me 200 dollars. I had to call another company to fix the problem that took less that 20 minutes and only charged me the same. He mentioned that it was a good quality hot water furnace but needs a few things taken care of like a small leak on the check valve. He said it can be done at later date because he had so many emergency calls due to the time of year.

  Gerald at Milani once again gave me thorough explanations, giving me confidence in his solutions. He has been very fast at assessing problems and shares depth of knowledge and experience in discussing solutions. Then he works efficiently all the while continuing to communicate throughout. The reliability and clarity are so appreciated, not easy to find!

  Kevin from Milani arrived on time and was extremely professional. He repaired our boiler in an expeditious manner and explained what he was doing plus options we could explore if we wanted to replace the equipment. Definitely would have Kevin back to look after any of our heating issues.

  Liveleen did a great job for us today in White Rock - happy to see our leaky hot water tank issue resolved quickly and thoroughly. We suspected Milani would be the better choice for this project and we were pleased with how this all turned out.

  Five Star rating to Hossein who is an excellent plumber and technician with Milani. He was prompt and personable and able to diagnose our bathroom leak problem immediately. When I asked him to take a look at the other bathrooms in the house in case the same issue existed there he was able to spot the problem in two other areas, but not a third. He knew what he was doing and I trusted his expertise and judgement. He was able to fix / change out the pipes in three sinks, adjust a kitchen faucet, and adjust a shower tap all within the two hour window Milani thought it would take. When I asked Hossein whether we should order a new cartridge for the shower he thought that a simple adjustment was probably all we needed, and that if I wasn't happy with the result he would order one for us. I was happy with the adjustment, and happy not to have a cartridge replaced if it was not needed. Hossein was very professional and personable. I will be sure to book Milani for our next plumbing issue, and ask for Hossein.

  Steven did an excellent job clearing a blocked drain in our kitchen yesterday. He was on time, well organized and well spoken. It was not a straightforward job because of the way the drain and piping had been installed by the builder 30 years ago. After unsuccessful attempts with the snake he realized that if he went through a nearby drain in the powder room he could get better access and was able to clear the problem quickly. We'll put a notice on the kitchen sink cupboard to let plumbers know the approach to take in the future. He also explained the problem with the blockage. The cost was $300, but it was worth it with our large family arriving for Christmas soon.
