      We had a zone valve failure in December and our service man Ali L. did an excellent job in a timely
      manner. He was efficient and knowledgeable and very pleasant.

      Shabu attended to our house after previous calls from Milani that he had been delayed from earlier in the day. He was polite, and knowledgeable about the replacement of the bathroom fan. He had to add more fastenings to the ceiling to hold the fan and was prompt and efficient in his efforts. I was pleased with his work and the new much quieter fan than the very old previous one.
      I enjoyed his attendance to our house and his pleasant personality. As with previous Milani work in our house, I would recommend the firm.

      My Service was quick, efficient and successful.
      My Technician was knowledgeable and explained everything to me in language I could understand.
      I did find the service was a bit expensive.

      Milani has looked after all our plumbing and heating problems for over 15 years. We are particularly happy with Ali, the technician who services our boiler / hot water heating system. He is very knowledgable and skilled, as well as personable. We request him specifically.
