    Will never return. My wife took our car in for a stalling issue.They told us our corolla needed a motor at a cost of $6600 when all it need was new spark plugs.Absolute garbage customer service, and the laziest diagnostic evaluation at a cost of $200.

    Just purchased a 2024 **** from Destination ****** Burnaby. Sales Rep Larry N. was terrific. excellent communications and worked to make our process seamless. Owned a 2010 ***** for 15 years so I have a great deal of faith in the product. Looking forward to many years of fun driving my new vehicle.

    My experience dealing with Destination Toyota Burnaby was excellent in every way. My sales representative was Steve Y*** and he was great to deal with. I bought 3 brand new vehicles from this dealership and from my personal experience I would highly recommend it . Also many thanks to General Manager Carmine R**** who help me finalize the deal to purchase my dream truck 2023 ****** *** *****. Great person in every way and many thanks to him to make this deal happen.     Saleman didn't give you a better option and is looking for new or used vehicles.
    I feel like i was pushed into buying this vehicle ****** **** 2016 with so many problems, and the dealership keeps on saying the vehicles' great condition.
    Please don't trust this dealerships and they will sell you vehicles with a lot issue's

    I took my car for service today and they lost my car keys. No remorse and no apology. Had to go home and get the second set of keys. They are not taking any responsibility for this. Saying you go home and we will talk to you tomorrow. Lost my hours of work just waiting for them to find my keys. I am very upset about this
