    I would leave this company zero stars if I could. On April 4, I met up with a friend on campus to study. She was having issues paying for parking, so I covered her spot using one of my parking passes. Once her issue was resolved, she used her own pass to pay for my vehicle. In the end, each vehicle had a valid parking session under two separate accounts. Despite this, we both received tickets for allegedly "sharing parking passes." I tried to dispute it, but they only allow disputes to be handled online. I submitted a message with evidence clearly showing valid parking under each account, but they refused to cancel the ticket, still insisting that we had shared passes. I responded again, explaining that this made no sense and was completely unjustified. Their final reply stated: "The violation notice will not be waived and will remain open until a payment has been made. You may make payment for this violation online at ****************************. This will be our final communication on this dispute. We just wanted to let you know that this matter is closed." Now Im stuck paying for a ticket I should have never received and on top of that, I can't even use the parking passes until the ticket is paid. The passes are also non-refundable, so youre basically forced to pay. Absolutely ridiculous. If it werent for the fact that this is the only parking company on campus and theres no street parking nearby, I would never use their services. They take full advantage of the lack of alternatives to enforce unfair fines and policies, knowing you have no real choice. It's incredibly disappointing and frustrating, especially for students and visitors who are just trying to do the right thing.

    I've submitted a dispute message to them well over 72hours ago, and now I'm pretty sure I'll be forced make a payment which, I've already paid for parking that day. They saw the payment receipt on the dashboard of the car and STILL ticketed me. This company buys time from their customers under the notion of 72 hour response and still refuse to respond only to force the customer to pay them. If you're not going to get back to your customers, then put that on your website so companies refuse to use your business.

    Very poor signage leads to a ticket, Sign stated a few hourly price options and the last one worded $20.00 Daily ( Weekend ) special events. To me and others this meant the $ **************** $20 for the weekend special event we were attending as Weekend was in brackets before special event. Well according to them its not. If there is no price difference for weekend special events then why is Weekend in brackets or even listed. It should just show hourly and daily cost. no reference to weekend or special event. The ticket was disputed with pictures of the signage asking them to explain the ( weekend ) special events and they responded with we know what the sign says. IT took them 3 days to respond by email because they never answer the phone and they refuse to define why weekend is listed or special event is listed. Pretty sad my tax dollars paid for the venue, pays to maintain the venue and my tax dollars pay for this company to monitor the lot but they cant even explain the signage. ******* way to run a company.

    They gave me a parking ticket and I disputed it because I literally have evidence from my dash cam I received no parking ticket yet they wont let me not pay the extra fee for late payment. Even though I didnt even know I had a ticket. Useless company that when you call them they dont even answer. Disputes are not responded to. They say they call you multiple times but I received no calls either. Corporate scum of the earth.

    Worst parking I've ever had to deal with. Completely useless customer service. I tell them their site is down so I can't use the parking passes I paid for and their solution is to send me a link to their website that doesn't work. Now their meter isn't excepting cards which is the only way they'll take payment.

    **************** was great!After clicking confirm and closing the app while in a rush to an exam my payment didnt end up going through. I ended up receiving a $60 ticket, which I obviously wasnt a fan of. After some back and forth with the disputing team they ended up changing my $60 ticket to a $0.00 warning. I cant say how thankful I am for the great costumer service!

    I was visiting my mother at a local ******** elderly care facility, entered the proper code for two hours free parking at 3:31pm. Received a text message confirmation for my two hous of free parking. When I was leaving, 45 minutes before the parking was to expire, I found an $80.00 ticket on my car timed 4:21pm! Not even an hour into my two hour free parking allowance! The people at the care facility shouldn't have to listen to my complaint because Concord Parking staff and operations are so desperately incompetent. I expect to have the ticket canceled or have the care facility reimburse me for the costs. ??

    My daughter parked her car at **********, and try to pay with her debit card, didnt have a CC , the ticket machine doesnt take cash. She called me to try to get help to pay for the ticket from the app, by the time she reached me. She aready had a ticket on her car. She tried to dispute, with very good reason. The response was ******, pay your ticket next time ??????? Really Give a kid a chance !!!! Her very first ever ticket , you guys are something!

    I was issued a ticket while I was updating my credit card expiry on the app to purchase parking. The parking guy watched me work my phone. Patroller ********. The purchase time and violation time are exactly the same. ******** ******** ********.
