    I recently was given a ticket by Concord security ***** * *** ** ****** ***** *** agent overlooked my disabilities permit that I had previously displayed properly, mentioning improperly displayed not on the mirror. I believe he/she may have set off my alarm and the ticket was dashed or another person. I sent in a dispute with proper pictures. They keep requesting me to continually send my permit front and back as I have already sent them my permit number and they will see what they can do. * ******* *** ****** *** ********* *** *** ******** **** ****** **** ************* Furthermore, I sent them the interpretation of the Law in BC. ***** **** ******* ** ** *** ** ************ ***** **** **** **** ** *** **** * ******** ******* ******* ****** **** ****** *** ** ****** **** ****** ****** ******** ***** **** ** ***** ** ******** ***************** ** ******* *** ***** * * - Violation #Notice *************

    i literally parked 2 mins ago before paying, and i go back to the car to get something and i get a ticket for $120? this company is a complete joke. you are terrible employees *** *** ******* **** ** **** ***. **** ******* ** * ******* *****

    Attempted to resolve my dispute through email after receiving a ticket for being at the mall for too long despite having a receipt for a purchase. I received one response and then after several emails, I realized Concord Parking Ltd. was simply just ignoring me. Apperently being at a mall that still has many parking stalls open is a crime.

    i was given a ticket at surrey centre mall parking lot today for 80$. when i went to the concord site to pay it, the amount owed was 120$. i will be contacting the city and the mall if this isn't corrected. i don't have an issue paying the fine, but this is not right. hopefully concord will correct what i hope is just a mistake.

    While I was putting my information into the meter, the agent came up and told me that i should use the meter on the inside or the building. I went in and waited inline then paid for a ticket.
    in the time i was inside, the agent went and issued a 25$ parking violation in my car. **** ****** *** ** *** ******

    Was ticketed at *** ******** *** **** ticket receipt printed for 11:43am and agent ticketed my car 11;45am. Yes, they did cancel the ticket but only after I spent time that I otherwise would rather spend doing other things. Poorly trained staff, terrible internal software that can not pick up that someone has actually completed the payment. terrible company,
