July 10th our truck was towed to Minit-Tune and Brakes in **********. It was there to have the brakes fixed and apparently another part was ordered and replaced as well. When we got the truck home on July 11 at the end of the day, we noticed damage to the front end of the truck. We went back to the business on July 12 and spoke with the manager and technician to ask about the damage. Both vehemently denied knowing anything about the damage. Then we informed them that we had dash-cam footage of the entire incident. They drove the truck off of the lift and into the wall. Both of them were in the vehicle trying to get the truck off the wall and onto the lift. Despite the evidence, they refused to take responsibility and recommended that we file a claim on our insurance to have it repaired ************ ******* ** ** ****** ****** ********* ******.We now have no faith that they actually fixed our truck to any standard of safety we can rely on. We question how much uncessary work they charged us for, as they are clearly dishonest. We would like a refund for the "work" they performed and we would like them to pay for our truck to be repaired. **** ****** **** ***** *********** ***** ******** ** ***************** **** **** ** ***** ********* ** *** ****** ************ ****** **** ******** * ********* ***** ****** ** *******

in regards to the incident,, yes the truck arrived at Minittune with no brakes the customer/ ******************* had removed 2 major components of the brake system and incorrectly installed 2 parts upside down there was no possible way that this truck could have been stopped other than by emergency brake, my tech slowly drove the truck in the shop to repair the brakes and the truck suddenly accelerating  causing it to drive off the ramp, at first my tech didn't think the damage was that bad to the truck , but after he seeing it a second time in the light outside he admitted it had a scuff **** and little dent on the bumper, and apologized for not saying anything , as for doing the repairs incorrectly , this is not true , the parts and brakes where repaired to safety standards, and the customer/ ******************* drove out of the shop and has been driving it since, i have passed him several times on my routes  driving to and from, ******************* was charged for the parts and labor according to the ******** on demand labor and parts guide there was / where no unnecessary parts added he got exactly the parts needed to repair his brakes and was advised over telephone of what he needed and he agreed on the repairs, ******************* also supplied his own parts, and ******************* installed 2 of them incorrectly which we corrected, there where old parts stuck in the back wheel the adjuster was stuck between the abs sensor and axle that the customer didn't remove, when i mentioned it to him , ******************* said his friend did it, in no way do i feel he should get reimbursed for any of the work ,the work  was properly performed by my TECH OF 30 YEARS experience, as for the damage  we instructed him to start a **** claim and my garage policy will pay for the damage to get repaired . I have also talked to a **** adjuster about this  and do have a claim started for ********************-=  *********************** accusation  of us telling him to commit insurance fraud is incorrect and slanderous and legal action for this comment could be forth and coming   Thank you,  **************************
