    Terrible. They are simply shills for the employer and will tell any lie or make up any nonsense to save the employer from having to pay your WorkSafeBC benefits. Their lack of ethics is disgusting.

    They are very unprofessional. They ********* documents with ******** on my employers behalf. They got my employer to dismiss me from employment after an injury. They **** about my claim to ********. They continued to try and block my claim even though the injury was witnessed by the supervisor. They thought that termination of employment meant the employer was no longer responsible for the ******** claim. I would recommend if you have to deal with them hire an employment lawyer. They will do whatever they have to to make sure the employer is looked after. There is 0 consideration for the employee in their eyes. Their only mission is to save the employer money. Due to the mismanagement of my ******** claim I will likely face life long challenges and a permanent partial disability.
