    We had a bad experience with this inspector. He did not find many of the problems that were later discovered. They were major issues and would have been costly problems.

    Earlier this year, ***** inspected a home we had an accepted offer on. While he did find a loose faucet - potential water leak damage - in a bathroom, he failed to report the Poly B, electrical panel overload problems, and significant structural issues in the crawl space. We had to bring in a second home inspector to have these issues noted. When the second saw the crawl space's foundational issue, they asked "if we wanted the inspection to be continued?". It was that bad.We are extremely disappointed with the work done by this home inspection company. For the $600 cost, one would expect, at the very least, a moisture meter to be used in the 3 tiled bathrooms. The report's findings were ridiculously low; one star is too high.

    We hired Inspections West. As we were in Arizona and could not check out the house ourselves . When we arrived home and went to check out the house we tried the toilet in the main bath and to our surprise the toilet did not function properly and water poured all over the floor , we believe it was not checked as the water was off and the house was empty after the inspector was finished .The next thing was the fireplace thermostat did not work at all , obviously was not checked properly . The floor squeaked in the hall , none of the things were reported to us . We would not recommend this company .
