    I own and operate Kauri ************ with my wife ***** who had spent months trying to work with ****** on signs for our new location. He several times showed up late to meetings, or did not show up at all. And would often turn it around on her that she communicated the wrong time. After 4 months of trying to prepare for signage inside and outside of our new office, my wife patiently communicating and giving him the benefit of doubt, we still received no formal quote, and no confirmations on designs. We almost did not even have signage for the exterior before the day we opened. We have saved all our communication with ******. We got Kintec signs in immediately who expressed to us that this is not the first time they have had to help a customer coming from ********************** having a bad experience. Further to this, Trevors son defamed us on a marketplace posting that a patient sends us a screenshot of, that we as a customer that refused to pay when the reality is we were a customer VERY prepared to pay for work that was never completed, or never completed effectively, on time, or given proper estimates for. When it came up to the opening day and absolutely nothing had been done except exterior signage that we gave no approval on changing the color, we communicated how bad of a experience it had been with ****** and he walked out on us leaving us without so many items we needed to open our new location. I recommend Kintec signs who jumped into help us at a moments notice and were professional and kind throughtout it all. They also informed us that ****** tried to overcharge us and was not thoroughly explaining his signage prices.
