    I had one of the worst experiences with Eagle Ridge *******. They advertised a car with delivery included, which was a major reason I proceeded with the purchase. I signed all the paperwork, confirmed everything, and trusted their word.But after finalizing everything, they suddenly refused to deliver the car and processed a refund without my consent something I never agreed to. This is nothing short of deceptive and unethical. It feels like I was completely misled just to close a sale.I wasted my time, energy, and trust, only to be treated with zero professionalism or accountability. If this is how they do business, I strongly do NOT recommend dealing with this dealership.Absolutely unacceptable.

    Worst service department. If it wasn't for warrenty I'd take my vehilce anywhere else. They took 2 months to fix my transmission. my vehicle sat under a tree for that whole time and they couldn't even be bothered to wash it. Extended warrenty is a scam. They still make you pay a $200 deductable for every warrenty problem when you ALREADY PAID FOR EXTENDED WARRENTY!!!! They tell you they'll call you and keep you updated. ****! I got one update call in two months. They service spacialists and mechanics seem incompetent and lazy.

    recently had the misfortune of visiting Eagle Ridge GM, for their bronze package oil change, the following essential tasks were neglected: Tire rotation not performed Windshield washer fluid not filled Antifreeze not checked or filled Corrosion on the battery was not inspected or addressed After paying ****** dollars and not receiving the proper service, I tried to call the service advisor, no one answered the phone, I kept calling few times every single day for a week, no one answered the phone, left numerous messages for the service advisor, he did not care to call back. The service advisor failed to communicate , and the workmanship was subpar. I was very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of attention to detail and not being able to talk to anyone. The next day, I called the sales department, Ideen, a courteous and professional representative, promptly responded to my concerns and informed me that he is going to look for the service advisor or the service manager. He called back 15 minutes later and stated that he found the service advisor Rauj and the service manager ***** ***, Ideen also stated that he has explained the issues and my frustration over past few days for not being able to talk to anyone, Ideen indicated that they both agreed to call me to discuss resolution. Unfortunately, Ideen's efforts to resolve my issue were unsuccessful. Despite his promise, the advisor or the manager failed to call me. I'm disappointed in the lack of follow-through and lack of customer service.

    Absurd charges for a diagnostic. Just to say that he suspects the problem Is... not even a guarantee. Don't waste your time here So made the huge mistake of taking the car back here for a separate issue that warranty says will cover. After a diagnostic, transmission is leaking fluid, I could of told them that. Solution they gave is they will take off pan. Reseal it. Mr **** is quoting me less for the same job. And guess what. Warranty apparently won't cover this. It's preventative apparently.

    Bought a truck from them 1 year ago. Ever since I got it the truck has been nothing but issues. They did not fix anything and eventually told me they wont work on it because its not a Gm product. They told me to take it to **** myself. I finally got the truck booked into **** and found out the truck needs $19,000 worth of repairs. The warranty will only cover $6,000 of the work and the rest will be on me. The vehicle has been an absolute lemon since I got it. They also put a set of bald and expired 2014 on it when I bought it.

    Drove an hour to view a vehicle I would have bought that day. I showed up to find the advertised vehicle had been misrepresented. I wasted 2 hours of my time, plus money for gas. The vehicle was not even the same colour. Different wheel style and so on. Will be following up with possible legal action against this dealership. Was told its due to lack of staffing. I immediately went and bought 1 hour later at a different dealership. Really a shame.
